- Description
- The Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) intends to award a Delivery Order to fill a Foreign Military Sale (FMS) for South Korea under BOA N00019-11-G-0005 for the AN/ALQ-165(V) Airborne Self-Protection Jammer (ASPJ) to Exelis, Inc. on a sole-source basis for the following effort: repair, technical support, calibration, and repackaging necessary to restore the AN/ALQ-l65(V) WRAs and SRAs to a ready-for-issue (RFI) condition. This action is being awarded on a sole source basis to Exelis, Inc. in accordance with FAR 6.302-1. Exelis, Inc. is the only qualified source which possesses the detailed knowledge of the AN/ALQ165(V) design to allow them to perform these efforts in a timely and cost effective manner.
