- Description
- This serves as notice that the United States Government has accepted an offer to lease 3364 RSF of Office space and 4 structured parking spaces using Full and Open Competition practices for a new lease for the Bureau of Indian Affairs. The lease has been awarded to the County of Washington in St George, UT. Commencing July 1, 2013 through June 31, 2015, the U.S. Government shall pay the Lessor annual rent of $42,583.23 for a fully serviced lease at the rate of $3,548.60 per month. The lease term is set at 48 months/0 months firm. GSA may terminate this lease after July 1, 2013 with 30 days written notice to the Lessor.
