- Amend 000002 AMENDMENT 000002 - ANSWERS TO SUBMITTED QUESTIONS. Please see the attached documet entitled "S130051 Amend 000002" for complete information. AMENDMENT 00001 - CORRECT SBA SIZE STANDARD. Please see the attached document entitled "S130051 Amend 000001" for complete information. Lead-paint removal on deteriorated exterior paint surfaces from seven (7) buildings located at the Lamoille Guard Station (Site). Physical removal of lead paint chips coupled with appropriate characterization and disposal of the wastes is integral to successful completion of this contract. The Site is located on land administered by the Forest Service within the Ruby Mountains Ranger District in north-eastern Nevada. Elko, the nearest town with commercial services is located approximately 18 miles northwest of the Site.
