- MICC Center - Fort Knox, KY intends to award on a sole source basis a contract to Outdoor Odyssey at Roaring Run, Boswell, Pennsylvania, to provide lodging, facilities, meals and training for cadets and cadre attending JROTC Cadet Leadership Challenge, four sessions, during the period of performance 2 June through 2 July 2013. This requirement is in support of the U.S. Army Cadet Command at Fort Knox, Kentucky. Outdoor Odyssey at Roaring Run is the only facility in a reasonable travel radius of Boswell, Pennsylvania that is able to provide lodging, meals and meet the guidelines of military type training. Comments shall be received, in writing, no later than 2:00 PM, Fort Knox local time, on 27 May 2013 via e-mail to MIRIAM.D.LEMAITRE.CIV@MAIL.MIL. Any firm or individual submitting comments shall identify their firm name, point of contact, title, address and telephone number.
