- MICC Center - Fort Knox, KY intends to award on a sole source basis a contract to Puerto Rico Council BSA, Guaynabo, PR, to provide meals, lodging, and training facilities for cadets and cadre attending annual JROTC Cadet Leadership Challenge (JCLC). The period of performance is 23-29 June 2013. This requirement is in support of the U.S. Army Cadet Command at Fort Knox, Kentucky. The Boy Scout Council Camp is the only facility in the Puerto Rico area that is capable of providing the required lodging, training facilities and meals to support the cadets and cadre. Comments shall be received, in writing, no later than 12:00 PM, Fort Knox local time, on 5/28/2013 via e-mail to MIRIAM.D.LEMAITRE.CIV@MAIL.MIL. Any firm or individual submitting comments shall identify their firm name, point of contact, title, address and telephone number.
