Description

Services Non-Personal: The Air Force intends to solicit and issue a sole source contract to Thermo-Electron North America, LLC under the authority of FAR 6.302-1(b)(2) for the following services: The contractor shall provide all labor, tools, equipment, test equipment, material, parts, quality control, transportation, inspection manuals, the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) specifications, Personal Protective (PP) clothing, Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), prescription safety glasses and any incidentals necessary to perform Preventative and Remedial Maintenance Services via a Comprehensive Maintenance Agreement on 3 ea Thermo Noran systems for 76 MXSS located on Tinker AFB OK. The contractor shall be responsible for issuing all services and parts provided under this contract are in accordance with the terms and conditions outlined herein and conform to the manufacturer's equipment specifications and the Performance Work Statement (PWS). A Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract is contemplated. The proposed basic period of performance (POP) is: 02 Jul 2013 through 01 July 2014. The proposed first option POP is: 02 Jul 2014 through 01 Jul 2015. The proposed second option POP is:02 Jul 2015 through 01Jul 2016. The proposed third option POP is: 02 Jul 2016 through 01Jul 2017. The Proposed fourth option POP is: 02 Jul 2017 through 01 Jul 2018. The estimated award date is 27 Jun 2013. Central Contractor Registration (CCR) is required to receive any award. Contractors can register electronically at http://www.ccr.gov. ORCA registration is also required and contractors can register electronically at https://orca.bpn.gov. The NAICS code for this requirement is 334516 with a size standard of $17M. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals.
