- Solicitation number, SPE4A6-13-R-1143, SC1000010779, NSN 6220-01-496-1925, Light Blackout. Unit of issue is each. Solicitation is a 100% Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) set aside using the procedures of Full and Open Competition after exclusion of a source. Only offers from Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business manufacturers or Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business dealers offering the product of a small business manufacturer will be considered for award. Non-Commercial and is not CSI. Critical application applies. The highest priority weapon system code is MRA and the end item is Parent WSDC for all Army MRAP. In accordance with basic drawing number 19207 12423610 dated August 12, 2010, part piece 124223610. The solicitation will result in an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) for a base year plus 4 option years. The requested delivery is 51 days. Surge does apply and the AMWR is 88. Shipment will be to any DLA stock location in the continental United States. Performance Information Retrieval System-Statistical Reporting (PPIRS-SR) applies. The guaranteed minimum quantity is 2,259 each and is applicable to the base year only. The estimated annual quantity is 5,367 each. The maximum quantity for all 5 years is 42,375 each. The final contract award decision may be based upon Price, Past Performance, and other Evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. FOB is Destination with Inspection and Acceptance at origin/origin. Solicitation will issue on June 10, 2013 with a closing date of July 10, 2013. Reverse auction clause 52.215-9023 applies.
