- REQUEST FOR QUOTATION FOR HYDROGEN GAS TO BE DELIVERED TO THE NATIONAL WEATHER FORECAST OFFICE IN DODGE CITY, KS. The U.S. Department of Commerce, National Weather Service (NWS) has a requirement for a vendor to provide hydrogen gas to the NWS/Weather Forecast Offices (WFO) in Dodge City, KS. The Government intends to establish a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for base and four (4) option years. Local vendors will be looked upon favorably. This requirement is a small business set-aside. This service is being procured under the guidelines of FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures. Offerors may submit their proposal to email address karen.l.christian@noaa.gov or fax to 727-664-3622. The NAICS code for this requirement is 424690. All responsible sources may submit a quote which will be considered by the Agency. All contractors doing business with the Federal Government must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM). No award can be made unless they are registered in SAM. The Request for Quotation (RFQ) and terms and conditions are attached to this notice. The Department of Labor Wage Determination can be found at www.wdol.gov. All interested parties are required to sign, date and provide a DUN & Bradstreet number with their quote before submitting to the U.S. Department of Commerce, NOAA/ERAD, ATTN: Karen Christian, Room 1756, 601 East 12th Street, Kansas City, Missouri 64106. Quotes must be received on or before the date and time referenced on RFQ.
