- This requirement is for a six (6) month extension of the current Tactical Airspace Integration System (TAIS) Engineering Services (ES) under contract W31P4Q-11-C-0186 in support of Product Manager Air Traffic Control (PM-ATC). This requirement will be solicited using other than full and open competition and negotiated on a sole-source basis. This item is restricted to General Dynamics C4 Systems (GDC4S), Cage Code 1VN18, because GDC4S is the only known source that has the expertise to provide the necessary systems and software engineering and PBL. The Government intends to solicit on a sole-source basis in accordance with FAR 6.302-1(a)(2). No solicitation is available for issuance and this notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotations. This synopsis closes on 7 June 2013 at 12:00 noon CST.
