- This is a PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE for 100% small business set-aside. The Mission and Installation Contracting Command (MICC) Center - Fort Sam Houston (FSH) intends to issue a solicitation W9124J-13-R-0022 for Bus Transportation Support for the 75th Training Command (TC) Mission, Houston, TX in June 2013. The contractor shall provide non-personal services necessary to provide 10 buses with drivers to perform transportation of DoD civilians and military support staff in-and-around Houston, TX, and travel to and from Ellington Field, Houston, TX during the 75th TC mission. This mission will be conducted over a six (6) to ten (10) day period on short notification. The designated North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 485510 Charter Bus Industry with a size standard of $14M. The Government contemplates award of an IDIQ single award contract with a five-year ordering period. The solicitation will be issued as a Request for Proposal (RFP) utilizing Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA). The Government anticipates release of the solicitation on or about 10 June 2013, with a projected closing date of11 July 2013. These are projected dates and are subject to change. This solicitation and all amendments will be issued to Federal Business Opportunities Website (FedBizOpps) at https://www.fbo.gov/. Offerors are required to check the above websites daily to be notified of any changes to the solicitation. Once the solicitation is posted, it is incumbent upon the interested parties to review this site frequently for any updates/amendments to any and all documents. Interested parties must have a Central Contractor Registration (CCR) and Online Representations and Certifications Application (ORCA) completed and maintained in the System for Award Management (SAM) to be considered eligible for a government contract. SAM is a Federal Government owned and operated free web site that consolidates the capabilities in CCR, ORCA, and the Excluded Parties Listing System (EPLS).
