Description

LODGE DEMOLITION AND SITE RESTORATION AT MEMPHIS NATIONAL CEMETERY THIS REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL IS RESTRICTED AS 100% SET-ASIDE FOR SERVICE DISABLED VETERAN-OWNED BUSINESS. This Request for Proposal (RFP) will be issued to obtain contractor qualifications for which a contract, by means of negotiated firm fixed-price will be awarded. A contract will be awarded to the Lowest Price Technically Acceptable Offeror in accordance with FAR PART 15 and 36. The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), National Cemetery Administration, is soliciting proposals under Solicitation Number VA-786A-12-R-0090 for the following: Contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment and materials and supervision to completely demolish and remove from site, existing lodge including the full basement, basement floor slabs, adjacent foundations and associated site features and restore site, as required by drawings and specifications. COST MAGNITUDE: The magnitude of this project is between $100,000 and $250,000. CONTRACT DURATION: Performance Period is 90 calendar days from date of receipt of Notice to Proceed. NAICS CODE: 237990SIZE STANDARD: $33.5 OBTAINING SOLICITATION MATERIALS: Solicitation material consisting of the Request for Proposal (RFP) details and specifications may be accessed ONLY via FedBizOpps at http://www.fedbizopps.gov. No telephone requests will be accepted. The solicitation, specifications and drawings will be released for issue on JUNE 10, 2013. All prospective Offerors MUST register themselves on the website. SOLICITATION AMENDMENTS: Amendments to the solicitation will be up loaded to FedBizOpps. Offerors are reminded that they are responsible for obtaining and acknowledging all amendments to this solicitation prior to the time for receipt of offers. Paper copies of the amendments will NOT be individually mailed.
