- Project # 636-13-804 Upgrade Exhaust Air for SPS. Contractor shall furnish all supervision, tools, labor, materials, equipment, and transportation necessary to increase the exhaust air system and rebalance the HVAC system of the SPS suite on the 4th floor at the Omaha Division of the Nebraska-Western Iowa Health Care System located at 4101 Woolworth Avenue, Omaha, Nebraska 68105. Work includes, but is not limited to, general construction, alterations, mechanical and electrical work, utility systems, necessary demolition and removal of existing structures and certain other items necessary completion. Work shall be performed in accordance with the specifications and drawings, and all applicable VA and local codes. Solicitation Number VA-263-13-Q-2070 for this effort will be posted to FedBizOpps (www.fedbizopps.gov) on or about May 28th, 2013. This solicitation will contain all necessary specifications, drawings and other information necessary to bid the project. An Organized Site Visit will not be held. (See solicitation when available for Point of Contact if you would like to arrange a site visit). Quotations are tentatively scheduled due on Thursday, June 20th, 2013 (see solicitation when available for specific time/date/place). The successful bidder will be required to provide either a Performance Bond, Payment Bond or Irrevocable Letter of Credit within 10 calendar days of award notification. The Period of Performance is expected to be 45 calendar days from the issuance of the Notice-to-Proceed. THIS SOLICITATION IS SET ASIDE FOR SERVICE-DISABLED VETERAN-OWNED SMALL BUSINESSES (SDVOSBs) UNDER PUBLIC LAW 109-461. Disclosure of the magnitude of construction projects: The estimated cost of the total project is between $25,000.00 and $100,000.00.
