- Amendment 1- Changed the Response date to 28 June 2013. Amendment 2- Extended the date for solicitation posting to 14 May 2013. Amendment 3- This requirement will be pursued as Full and Open requiring a small business subcontracting plan. Amendment 4- This amendment is notification that the solicitation posting date is extended to 30 May 2013. Amendment 5- This amendment notification is to change the periof for proposal submission from 45 days to 30 days. Response date will be 1 July 2013. The Army Contracting Command New Jersey at Picatinny Arsenal, NJ 07806-5000 intends to issue a Request for Proposal (RFP) for the procurement of Support Services for the Armament Research, Development and Engineering Center (ARDEC), Systems Engineering Directorate (SED) located at Picatinny Arsenal, NJ. This RFP will utilize best value evaluation procedures. This requirement will be conducted under Full and Open Competition. An Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Cost Plus Fixed Fee/Firm Fixed Price hybrid three year contract is anticipated. The Government intends to make multiple awards for this requirement. The total value of all potential orders issued under all awarded contracts will not exceed $9,990,000. Additional information will be provided with Request for Proposal (RFP). The NAICS code for this requirement is 541330 with the size standard of $14,000,000.00. The RFP issuance date is currently forecasted to be on or about 15 May 2013.
