- This solicitation will contain one NSN for a Cable Assembly. It will be solicited for award of a Firm Fixed Price Contract. NSN 5995-01-530-5306, the quantity is 68 each. FOB is destination; Inspection/Acceptance is Origin. This requirement is coded 1Q. Approved sources are Hamby CAGE 07284 P/N 5099593, Raytheon Company cage 82577 P/N 5099593 and Alektronics cage 0DR48 P/N 5099593. FAT Government, Critical Item and higher level requirement. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. Solicited as 100% SBSA on an Other than Full and Open competitive basis. The requested delivery schedule in the RFP is 454 DARO. The solicitation includes provision 52.215-9023, Reverse Auction. The solicitation issue date is on or about June 10, 2013. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DIBBS at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/ on the issue date cited in the RFP.
