Description
U.S. GOVERNMENT General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State: TN City: NASHVILLE Delineated Area: Percy Priest Reservoir Dam on Stewart's Ferry Pike; SW & NW on Stewart's Ferry Pike to I-40; West on I-40 to White Bridge Pike; South on White Bridge Pike to Woodmont Blvd.; East on Woodmont Blvd. to Murfreesboro Pike; Southeast on Murfreesboro Pike to Bell Road; North on Bell Road to the intersection of Bell Road and Stewart's Ferry Pike Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 14,790 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 14,790 Space Type: OFFICE Parking Spaces (Total): 03 Parking Spaces (Surface): 03 Parking Spaces (Structured): 00 Parking Spaces (Reserved): 03 Full Term: 10 YEARS Firm Term: 05 YEARS Option Term: 00 Additional Requirements: The U.S. Government currently occupies office and related space with United South and Eastern Tribes, Inc. Located at 711 Stewards Ferry Pike, Nashville, TN. The Government is considering alternative space if economically advantageous. In making this determination, the Government, will consider, among other things, the availability of alternative space that potentially can satisfy the Government's requirements, as well as costs likely to be incurred through relocating, such as physical move costs, replication of tenant improvements and telecommunication infrastructure, equipment currently being utilized by the government at the current location, and non-productive agency downtime. Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required. Offered space shall not be in the 100 year flood plain.
