- Gate Pass Request Form (submit no later than 5 Jun 2013 to both the Contract Administrator and Contracting Officer if your company are NOT base pass holder). Notice to Offeror Letter (please see pre-proposal conference schedule in the letter). The contractor shall provide all necessary personnel, supervision, management, tools, equipment, transportation, materials and any other items or services necessary for Inspection, Maintenance and Repair of Elevators at Camp Zama and Sagamihara Family Housing Area, Japan Note 1: This project will be performed in its entirety in the country of Japan. The successful offeror must be licensed and registered to perform work in the country of Japan. Note 2: Solicitation issuance and closing dates are tentative. It is the offeror's responsibility to check the firm dates at block 6 & 8 of SF 1449, once the solicitation is released, to ensure submission of your offer in a timely manner. If you have any questions about the release date of a solicitation please contact the Contract Administrator or Contracting Officer listed in this announcement. Note 3: If your company requires an escort in order to gain access to the U.S. government installation, please fill in and submit the Guest Pass request to the contract administrator and Contracting Officer one (1) week prior to the pre-proposal conference date.
