- Solicitation Files The DOD EMALL is an Internet-based e-Commerce purchasing / ordering website for Military and Federal customers. The website at https://dod-emall.dla.mil offers millions of off-the-shelf items from the commercial marketplace and Department of Defense sources. DOD EMALL allows customers to make purchases using Military Standard Requisitioning and Issue Process (MILSTRIP), Federal Standard Requisitioning and Issue Process (FEDSTRIP), or Government Purchase Card (GPC). The DOD EMALL website is available 24-hours a day, 7 days a week. DOD EMALL Contracting Office is publishing an Unrestricted continuously open solicitation. The requirement calls for all items that fall within the following FSCs: 7610, 7630. 7660, 7690, 9925 and 9999. The period of performance is for a 12 month base period and four (4) twelve-month option periods. The total five year (base and four, twelve-month options) estimated sales will not exceed $5,000,000.00 per contract. All orders are F.O.B. Destination whereby the shipping costs are included in the purchase price. Quantities to be purchased are undetermined.
