Description

SOURCES SOUGHT. This is a sources sought announcement only! This is not a solicitation announcement. The purpose of this sources sought is to gain knowledge of potential qualified sources such as 8(a), HubZone, small disadvantage, service disabled veteran-owned business, and small business relative to NAICS 446110, size standard $13.5M. Responses will be used to determine appropriate acquisition decisions. The Birmingham Veterans Affairs Medical Center (BVAMC), 700 19th Street S, Birmingham, AL 35233 is seeking sources for a potential contract to provide pharmaceutical products and services to qualified VA beneficiaries of the CBOCs of the BVAMC. Specifically, contractor shall provide: Management of pharmaceutical services to include monitoring of medication dispensing and reporting of repeat incidents of urgent/emergent medication refill requests/dispensing; dispensing of emergent pharmaceuticals as determined by clinic staff. The intended contract is anticipated as one base year, with 4 option years. Responses to this request shall not be considered a request to be added to any mailing list or to receive a copy of a solicitation. Vendors interested in providing an offer will have to respond to a separate solicitation announcement that shall be published separately.
