- Analog & Power Circuit Card Assembly LANTIRN Navigation Pod, AN/AQQ-13 PR FD2060-13-00961-01 This requirement is for the acquisition of spare parts in support of the LANTIRN Navigation Pod, AN/AQQ-13 as follows: 0001 : NSN: 5998-01-250-5597AY; P/N: 2901720-2; NOUN: Circuit Card Assembly; Quantity: 10 Each; TO Number: 11F1-AAQ13-4; Length: 10 Ins; Width:.5 Ins; Height: 5 Ins; Weight:.8 Lbs; Predominant Material of MFG: circuit card consisting of discrete components and a printed wiring board; Form/Fit/Function Description: Analog/Power Monitor Required Quantity: 10 Each; Required Delivery: 01 Sep 13; Ship To: SW3119; Mark For: RIC: SDD; This requirement will be solicited on a sole source basis from Raytheon, CAGE: 96214, a LB. It is anticipated that the award may be placed against an existing BOA or an existing Long Term Contract with Raytheon. There is no qualification requirements associated with this requirement. The Government does not own the technical data to allow for competitive solicitation of this requirement. Destination: FOB Origin; A written RFP will be issued; All responsible sources may submit a bid, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered by the Agency. Note 22: The proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. This notice of intent is not a request or competitive proposals. However, all proposals received within forty-five days (thirty days if award is issued under an existing basic ordering agreement) after date of publication of this synopsis will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete with this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. Note 26: Based upon market research, the Government is not using the policies contained in FAR Part 12, Acquisition of commercial Items, in its solicitation for the described supplies or services. However, interested persons may identify to the contracting officer their interest and capability to satisfy the Government's requirement with a commercial item within 15 days of this notice.
