- Wheelchair Van Services The Butler VA Healthcare located at 325 New Castle Road, Butler, PA 16001, intends to release Solicitation VA244-13-R-0402 for wheelchair van Services. These services will require contractor to furnish wheelchair van services twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week, for the beneficiaries of the VA Butler Healthcare, 325 New Castle Road, Butler, PA 16001. The intent of this contract is to Furnish wheelchair van services which includes all necessary personnel, vehicles, equipment, materials, and supplies, to the VA Butler Healthcare, in accordance with all the contract terms, conditions, provisions and requirements. The full solicitation will be posted on FEDBIZOPPS www.fbo.gov on or shortly after June 12, 2013. This full solicitation will be a 100% small business set-aside. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) for this procurement is 485991, Wheelchair Van Services, size standard $14,000,000.00. This will be a Fixed Price, Requirements Contract with a base period of one (1) year plus four (4) one year option periods to be exercised at the discretion of the Government. All offerors must be registered in SAMS data base, see https://www.sam.gov and complete online Reps and Certs at http://www.sam.gov. Any SDVOSB and VOSB offerors must be registered in VetBiz at http://www.vetbiz.gov. Amendments to the solicitation will be posted at this website only. All offerors must obtain amendments at this website; hard copies will not be mailed.
