- This synopsis provides a special notice of the Governments intent to award on a sole source basis a contract to Landmark Inn, Fort Bragg, NC, 28307, for cadet lodging for CTLT training. CTLT cadets are on a 24 hour/7 day training/work rotation schedule and are not authorized rental cars or per diem for meals. On post lodging places them within walking distance to the training, work, dining and lodging facilities. Additionally, on post transportation is available to the cadets. Responses to this notice are due no later than 3:00 PM local Fort Knox KY time, 30 May 2013, via email to Doris Nicholson at doris.i.nicholson.civ@mail.mil referencing W9124D-Q-13-5468.
