- Description
- This solicitation is being issued as a total small business set-aside for meat band saws, meat tenderizers and meat slicers to be used by Defense Commissary Agency commissaries in the continental United States and for overseas locations. However, for overseas stores, except Alaska and Hawaii, the contractor would only be responsible for preparation for overseas shipment and delivery to the port. A firm-fixed price requirements contract for a base plus four option years will be awarded. The RFP will be posted on the FedBizOpps at www.fedbizopps.gov. Offerors may obtain a copy of the solicitation at this site. The NAICS code is 333241 for this requirement and the size standard is 500. Vendors shall be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) (https://www/acquisition.gov) to include NAICS code 333241 to be eligible for award. All responsible sources may submit an offer, which will be considered by the above agency.
