Attachment 6 - Past Performance Questionnaire Attachment 5- Area Wage Determination 2005-2526 Rev 13 Attachment 4 - Electronic Payment Trading Partner Enrollment Agreement Attachment 3 - Chater Bus Concessionaire Format Attachment 2 - Special Provision Attachment 1 - Statement of Work Request for quote Exodus Bus Service. FA3020-13-T-0003 Contractor will coordinate and provide bus service to transport personnel from Sheppard AFB, TX to Dallas-Fort Worth Airport (DFW), Dallas Love Field Airport (DAL), and Oklahoma City (OKC), as well as return transportation from same airports to Sheppard AFB, TX. This process is referred to as holiday exodus and is the mass departure of technical training airmen over a 24-48 hour period as needed according to travel trends and troop levels at the time of the Exodus period. The Sheppard MWR (Morale, Welfare and Recreation) fund is a Non Appropriated Fund Instrumentality (NAFI) of the United States Government. No appropriated funds of the United States will become due to be paid to the Concessionaire by reason of this contract. 2.1.1. Contractor will provide restroom equipped over the road motor coaches, no older than 8 years old (2005 and newer), and must be 48- 52 passenger Coach type buses. Each bus must be equipped with staff and drivers in a number sufficient to transport between 500 to 5000 students from Sheppard AFB to all applicable airports, as well as an efficient number of support staff at departure location to process passengers and get them manifested prior to boarding buses. The actual number of students to be transported is based on total tickets sold for scheduled departure and return times. Contractor will have a minimum of two buses with drivers on standby at all times. The student load will fluctuate from year to year based on the Air Force's training requirements.
