- delineated area map General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State: Maryland City: Annapolis Delineated Area: See map Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 24,511 Space Type: Office Parking Spaces (Total): 5 Parking Spaces (Surface): 5 Parking Spaces (Structured): 0 Full Term: 5 Firm Term: 3 Additional Requirements: Occupancy required by February 4, 2014 Action : Choose whether or not a fully serviced lease is required. Also choose 100 year floodplain unless requirement is identified by agency as a critical action. Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required. Action : for fbo postings, insert the following language only for potential sole source succeeding lease actions. Delete for procurement summary page. The U.S. Government currently occupies office and related space in a building under lease in Annapolis, Maryland that will be expiring. The current lease contains one five (5) year renewal option with a three (3) year firm term. The Government intends to exercise the renewal option at the end of the existing term. The Government is considering alternative space if economically advantageous. In making this determination, the Government, will consider, among other things, the availability of alternative space that potentially can satisfy the Government’s requirements, as well as costs likely to be incurred through relocating, such as physical move costs, replication of tenant improvements and telecommunication infrastructure, and non-productive agency downtime. The impact on the agency’s mission will also be assessed. This is not a solicitation for offers, nor a request for proposals. The Government will not pay any costs incurred as a result of this advertisement. Action : For FBO postings, delete “offers due;” for procurement summary, keep “offers due” and delete “(estimated)” from dates.
