- DRAWINGS/SKETCH FINANCE OFFICE SPECIFICATIONS WINDOW SPECIFICATIONS SOLICITATION FOR W912PQ-13-R-0007 REPAIR FINANCE OFFICE The Contractor shall provide all material, labor, equipment, and supervision to repair the finance section recently affected by fire. The Finance office is located in building one. The following construction is required: -Remove and infill existing exterior door. Match existing EFIS, ANG will provide the paint color -Construct two rooms using metal studs, one 13' x 10' and one 13' x 12'. -Hang, finish and paint drywall for entire space. Install carpet and cove base throughout area. -Remove customer service window and turn over to ANG. -Construct SIPRNET Room walls, walls must go up to the roof deck. Doors will be provided with SIPR locks. -Replace 6 windows with windows that meet the specifications listed in 4_010_01 pages 66-71 (provided) -Install conduit for data drops and install outlets per the drawing.
