- SUBJECT: Employee Assistance Program for the Mobile District, Corps of Engineers, includes Project Management Offices across the states of Alabama, Mississippi, Georgia and Florida. The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Mobile District is requesting services to identify and help eliminate problems that employees might have which impact upon their work performance, attendance and personal lives. The desired outcome is early identification of the problem and referral to a competent resource, leading to a successful treatment and rehabilitation. The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Mobile District, anticipates awarding one contract for a Base period of one year and Four (4) one-year option periods for the Mobile District, U. S. Army Corps of Engineers Employee Assistance Program. This solicitation is a Set-Aside100% for Small Business under North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) with a Small Business Size Standard of $7 Million. The solicitation will only be issued as a direct download at the following website: https://www.fbo.gov ON or AROUND June 11,2013. All prospective contractors must be registered in Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) before they will be allowed to download solicitation information. The solicitation will not be provided in a printed paper format. Therefore, it is the offerors responsibility to check the website for solicitation posting and any changes to the solicitation. Those registering are responsible for the accuracy of the information provided. No faxed or email submissions requests will be accepted.
