- Amendment 4 to the DFAC Solicitation Amendment 4 - Solicitation The Solicitation for Hill AFB Dining Facilities (DFAC) is now amended to include the addition of attachments to provide further information on the current CBA after a supplemental agreement has been made (see CBA June 2011 and CBA_Supp_Agreement). The proposal deadline has changed at this time to 03 June by 4:00 PM Mountain Time. Contact the POC's listed within this announcement for any further questions concerning the Dining Facilities (DFAC) requirement. The changes to the Solicitation to include the current CBA as an attachment are highlighted in light blue in the Table titled Dining Facility (DFAC) Attachments to the Solicitation within the Attachments to Solicitation section(see Amend 4_DFAC_Solicitation). The revised proposal deadline changed to 03 June by 4:00 PM Mountain Time on FBO as of yesterday is now reflected in the Solicitation as well.
