Description
This synopsis is for informational purposes only. This is not a request for quote and no solicitation exists. The Mission & Installation Contracting Command (MICC), Fort Drum, NY is seeking multiple businesses willing to enter into a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for services under North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) 316210: Footwear Manufacturing. The small business size standard for this industry is 1,000 employees. Requirements would include delivering safety boots through a Boot Mobile and individual orders, in various styles and sizes to accommodate specified employees at Fort Drum, New York. Generally some calls placed will be below $3,000, and may be sporadic in nature. The Contractor must be able to accept the Government Purchase Card (GPC) and to provide Level III data for supplies, (to include line item description, quantity, unit of measure, unit cost, line item cost, and total cost) which transmits electronically from the contractor's bank to US Bank's Access Online (AXOL) Transaction Management. Calls over the $3,000 limit will be paid through Wide Area Workflow (WAWF). To register and access WAWF, go to https://wawf.eb.mil/. The Mission & Installation Contracting Command - Fort Drum is the only entity allowed to place calls above $3,000. BPAs will be evaluated annually and may remain in place for up to five years. When establishing these BPAs the Government will consider: Price; Socio-economic status; past performance, where past performance information exists; and technical capabilities. As prescribed in DFARS 252.204-7004, interested parties must be registered with the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) under the NAICS 316120. Representations and certifications must also be on record. These registrations can be done through the System for Award Management (SAM) for free at https://www.sam.gov/portal/public/SAM/.
