Description

The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Iowa City Care System intends to issue a Request for Quote to award a single, firm fixed-price contract provide all labor, tools, equipment, materials, supplies and supervision necessary to complete equipment purchase of various Depuy Moreland surgical Instruments. All respondents must be registered in the SAM database (https://www.sam.gov) and complete online Representations and Certifications at http://www.orca.bpn.gov. Amendments to the solicitation will be posted at http://www.fedbizopps.gov/. All parties must obtain amendments to the solicitation through this website. Hard copies will not be mailed. All questions must be submitted in writing to issuing office via email to melissa.hutchison2@va.gov. Issue date is tentatively scheduled for May 29, 2013.
