This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Complete quotes MUST be received by 11 AM on 6/12/13 in order to be considered. IF you are proposing a different item than the listed Honda 90HP 4-Stroke EFI, ensure you provide specs/drawings, so that we may technically evaluate if they are equal. See Solicitation.
