FOB at Origin and Inspection and Acceptance at Origin. Higher Level Quality System required. Total delivery: 518 days ARO to stock location. Unrestricted acquisition applies. Other than Full and Open competition applies. Configuration Control applies. This is a Critical Safety Item (CSI). All responsible sources may submit an offer that will be considered. This is a letter Request for Proposal (RFP) IAW BOA. A copy of the solicitation will not be available via the DLA-BSM Internet Bid Board System (DIBBS). Sole Source per (FAR 6.302).
