Attachment #4- Question Form- Stevedoring and Other Related Terminal Services Attachment #3 - Present/Past Performance Questionaire- Stevedoring and Other Related Terminal Services Attachment #2- Past Performance Data-Stevedoring and Other Related Terminal Services Attachment #1 - Performance Work Statement-Stevedoring and Other Related Terminal Services Document #1- Price Exhibit Stevedoring and Other Related Terminal Services Combined Synopsis/Solicitation Stevedoring & Other Related Terminal Services The Government intends to solicit and award a one (1) year, Firm-Fixed Price, Single Award Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity Contract for Stevedoring Services contact at various locations, Okinawa, Japan, beginning approximately, October 1, 2013. The purpose of this service is to contract a vendor to provide Stevedoring and other related terminal services to move U.S. Government owned/or sponsored equipment to and from any vessel in connection with the receipt, disposition, processing, staging, storage and loading/unloading of cargo at various U.S. military installations throughout Okinawa, Japan. This will also require the contractor to provide sufficient, qualified management, tools, supplies, labor, gear, equipment and materials to satisfy the requirements identified for contract requirements. The contractor must be willing to operate on a 24-hour/7 day a week basis, as necessary. The contractor must also be capable of working multiple vessels simultaneously at multiple ports using 24-hour continuous operations. This requirement covers the handling of Department of Defense sponsored cargo and other related operations performed at U.S. Military Piers at Naha, Tengan and White Beach, Aja commercial Port, Okinawa, Japan.
