- Period of Performance is 21 to 29 June 2013. The Contractor shall provide Lodging, meals for on-site breakfast, lunch, dinner, morning and afternoon coffee breaks, boxed lunches or snacks, social event (ice breaker), conference facilities, administrative facilities, audiovisual (AV) equipment, and information technology (IT) requirements, to include Internet Service and local area network (LAN) lines. The Contractor shall provide lodging, meals, conference facilities, and other supplies and services needed to support 30 conference attendees as defined in this SOW. Solicitation will be posted on or about 30 May 2013.
