- Description
- The 30th Contracting Squadron, Vandenberg AFB, CA will be hosting an Industry Day for the 5-Year Simplified Acquisition of Base Engineering Requirements (SABER) Program on 12 June 2013 at 9:00 AM Pacific Time. The purpose of this meeting is to receive industry feedback on the draft solicitation, specifications and requirement. Following the meeting, representatives from the 30th Contracting Squadron will be available to conduct one-on-one meetings to discuss the SABER program and any other questions or topics any potential offeror wants to discuss. This requirement is a competitive acquisition set-aside for 8(a) contractors with an SBA bona-fide office located in California under the NAICS code 236220 in accordance with FAR 19.804-2(a)(5), and FAR 19.805-1. The size standard is $33.5M Those wishing to attend the Industry Day meeting must RSVP in writing by contacting ALL the following individuals no later than 6 June 2013 at 3:00 PM Pacific Time: Jeffrey Grelck, jeffrey.grelck@us.af.mil, 805-606-8437 SSgt Allan Dela Cruz, allan_cris.dela_cruz.1@us.af.mil, 805-605-2465 William S. Davis, william.davis.18@us.af.mil, 805-605-0496 The RSVP must contain: The company name and CAGE code The names of the attendees (Attendees will be limited to 3 individuals per company due to limited room capacity) **For individuals that do not have base access, the dates of birth and driver's license numbers (or social security numbers) are also required in order to have base access pass prepared. RAPIDGate does not work at Vandenberg AFB** A request for a one-on-one meeting, if desired Upon receipt of the RSVP, a confirmation of receipt will be sent from one of the Government parties with further information regarding the meetings. If you do not receive confirmation by 4:00 PM on 6 June 2013, please contact the individuals at the numbers listed. Questions in response to the Industry Day are required in writing no later than 19 June 2013 at 12:00 PM Pacific. Attendance to the Industry Day is not mandatory for contractors interested in the program. Contractors that cannot attend are encouraged to email questions to the contacts listed. The Government will not be liable for any costs contractors may incur as a result of the Industry Day or feedback provided.
