- Estimated quantity sheet THIS IS A SUB-CONTRACTING OPPORTUNITY The Milwaukee Job Corps Center is requesting quotes to provide weekly linen service to the Center based on the attached quantities for items including pillow cases, flat sheets, fitted sheets, aprons, bar towels, wet mops, dry mops with frames and poles, wash clothes, and towels for our dormitories, maintenance, food service, and wellness departments. All quotes should be submitted in writing to the primary contacted noted below no later than 3:00 p.m., central time, on June 28, 2013, and any quotes received after this time will not be considered. The period of performance for this service is July 1, 2013, to June 30, 2014, with a one year option from July 1, 2014 to June 30, 2015. Quotes should show cost per item and contain the printed name and signature of authorized person submitting the quote. Any freight, fuel surcharge, handling charge, or any other fee must be noted on the quote or these charges will not be paid if invoiced. Milwaukee Job Corps Center reserves the right to reject any and all quotes and select the quote deemed most responsible. All questions regarding this solicitation must be submitted in writing to the primary contact noted below. We will not accept requests for information via telephone.
