- Statement of Work Sole Source Justification The U.S. Department of Labor, Washington, DC - INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE. Under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, the U.S. Department of Labor intends to negotiate and procure the following services on a sole source basis. This is neither a solicitation announcement nor a request for proposals or quotes and does not obligate the Government to award a contract. Requests for a solicitation will not receive a response. This is a notice of intent to award a sole source purchase order to White Sands Technology, Inc. P.O. Box 9033 Calabasas, CA 91372, U.S.A to provide technical support services and maintenance renewal services for the following: The following renewals will be procured by this requirement: ProActive DBA Maintenance/Support Renewal (1 Year) Order #: 09132005-99; 06072007-31, 08102010-30 7/1/12-6/30/13 + reinstatement fee 10% ProActive DBA Maintenance/Support Renewal (1 Year) Order #: 09132005-99; 06072007-31, 08102010-30 Any firm that believes it can meet these requirements may give written notification. Supporting evidence must be furnished in sufficient detail, to demonstrate the ability to comply with the above requirements. All information submitted in response to this announcement must be received by June 3, 2013, 11:00 pm Eastern Standard Time. This information can be emailed to Van Nixon. Responses will be evaluated; however; a determination by the Government not to compete the proposed procurement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
