- The Pacific Regional Contracting Office (PRCO) at Tripler Army Medical Center, Hawaii intends to award a sole sourced contract for a Medical Simulation Audio Visual (AV) and Control System (SimCaptureTM and SimBridgeTM Solutions). The AV system is the only product compatible with the following simulators: Laerdal SimMan, SimMan3G, SimBaby, SimNewB, SimMom, SimJr, SimPad, CAE, Gaumard GUI and GIGA platforms. All responsible sources may submit a bid, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered by the agency. Responsible sources shall include a capability statement as to how their product meets the Government need.
