Description

The GLAC (Great Lakes Acquisition Center) is soliciting offers to provide Perfusionist services for the Edward Hines Jr. VA Hospital. The contractor will provide one (1) Board Certified Perfusionist Services on site and two (2) on-call Board Certified Perfusionists. Contract period of performance will be from the date of award, anticipated July 1, 2013, through June 30, 2014. Contract type is firm-fixed unit price, requirements contract. All qualified offerors/firms who believe they can satisfy this requirement are invited and encouraged to provide an offer. Offers shall be evaluated for fair and reasonable pricing, technical capability/qualifications to perform services, and satisfactory past performance record. The Government anticipates award of a commercial item service contract to the responsible offeror whose offer provides the best value to the Government..Offerors are reminded to complete all sections of the solicitation, including the Offeror Representations and Certifications-Commercial Items. The NAICS Code is 621399 with a size standard of $10.0 Million. Electronic solicitation may be obtained FREE at the Federal Business Opportunities website; www.fedbizopps.gov select "Find Business Opportunities" and then enter the solicitation number. Any amendments to this solicitation will also be available at this address. Offerors are advised that they are responsible for obtaining amendments. Responses to this solicitation are due June 12, 2013 at 10:00 a.m. Central Time.
