Description

The contractor will provide all supplies, equipment, labor, transportation, training and supervision to direct and provide custodial services to Colonial National Historical Park (COLO), as specified in this contract. The work area includes several facilities within Colonial National Historical Park (COLO), Yorktown, VA 23690. The contractor will perform work at the following sites: Yorktown Visitor Center and Park Headquarters/Administrative Offices, 1000 Colonial Parkway. Chief Rangers Office (CRO)/Dispatch, 209 Read Street. Hogge House, 200 Main Street. Church Street Comfort Station (restrooms), 209 Church Street. Moore House Comfort Station (restrooms), 106 Hamilton Road. Yorktown Maintenance Area (YMA), 10815A and 10815J George Washington Memorial Hwy The Park is open every day of the year except Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day and New Years Day. The contractor shall be required to clean the buildings as specified every day the Park is open, between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 3:30 p.m. Priorities will be set by the Contracting Officer or his/her designated representative. The Yorktown Visitor Center is open to the public from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. daily, except for the three holidays noted above. COLO reserves the right to change these visitation hours.
