- Contracting Office Address: Defense Logistics Agency, Logistics Operations, DLA Aviation - Richmond, 8000 Jefferson Davis Highway, Richmond, VA 23297-5000 Description: This solicitation will contain an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC). The solicitation will consist of one base year and four option years. Destination inspection required. Quantity variance is zero. Solicitation will be unrestricted, other than full and open competition procedures. The NSNs are as follows 6150-01-239-9387 and 5995-01-235-0473. Delivery for NSN 6150-01-239-9387 72 days ARO. Delivery for NSN 5995-01-235-0473 is 74 days ARO. FOB Destination. Both NSNs are sole source to Pinnacle Technologies Corp (4HL54) part numbers SAT-1050 and SAT-1020. Specifications or plans related to the procurement described are not available at DLA Aviation. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. In order to receive an award, regardless of dollar value, you must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM). Annual updates to your registration will be required.
