- FURNISH ALL LABOR, MATERIALS (EXCEPT GOVERNMENT FURNISHED MATERIALS (GFM)), EQUIPMENT, TRANSPORTATION, INSURANCE, NOTIFICATION, LICENSES, PERMITS, FEES AND SUPERVISION NECESSARY TO PERFORM ALL WORK ASSOCIATED WITH THE FACILITY IMPROVEMENTS FOR THE REMOVAL AND REPLACEMENT OF THE EXISTING ROOF AND FLASHINGS OF THE ARSR FACILITY AT CEDAR CITY, UTAH, IN ACCORDANCE WITH ALL CONTRACT CLAUSES, SPECIFICATIONS, DRAWINGS AND WAGE RATES. IT IS ANTICIPATED THAT A FIRM-FIXED PRICED TYPE CONSTRUCTION CONTRACT WILL BE AWARDED AS A RESULT OF THIS SOLICITATION. A ONE TIME SITE VISIT WILL BE OFFERED FOR MAY 28, 2013.
