- GSA Public Buildings Service U.S. GOVERNMENT General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State: PA City: Fairless Hills Delineated Area: North: Route 1 from Delaware Expressway/ I-95 to Stony Hill Road, East: Stony Hill Road from Route 1 to Woolston Drive, the Woolston Drive/ Tyburn Road to Trenton Road, South: Trenton Road from Tyburn Road to Delaware Expressway/ I-95, West: Delaware Expressway/ I-95 from Trenton Road to Route 1. Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 9,512 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 10,000 Space Type: Office Parking Spaces (Total): 0 Parking Spaces (Surface): 0 Parking Spaces (Structured): 0 Parking Spaces (Reserved): 0 Full Term: 10 years Firm Term: 5 years Option Term: N/A Additional Requirements: The space must be contiguous within the building, space cannot be twice as long as it is wide, and minimum of two elevators or acceptable alternatives is required if offered space is above first floor. Action : Choose whether or not a fully serviced lease is required. Also choose 100 year floodplain unless requirement is identified by agency as a critical action. Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required. Offered space shall not be in the 100 year flood plain. Action : for fbo postings, insert the following language only for potential sole source succeeding lease actions.
