- This procurement is being set-aside for Small business. This is a single National Stock Number (NSN) Request for Proposal which will result in an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) for a base year plus 4-1 year option years. Part being procured is a CAM ASSEMBLY for an Estimated Annual Quantity of 1,056 each. Configuration Control applies. FOB Destination. Inspection and Acceptance is Origin. Contractor First Article Testing applies for 1 unit and Production Lot Test sample for 1 each. The required delivery schedule for NSN 1615-01-194-2476 is 634 days. This NSN is a critical application item and is not commercial. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. Solicitation issue date is June 28, 2013. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DIBBS Website https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/ on the issue date cited in the RFP.
