- GENERAL INFORMATION Notice of Intent for Sole Source The Center for Health Care Contracting and United States Army Medical Command, intend to award a sole source contract to Fitbit Inc for the Telemedicine and Advanced Technology Research Center. This purchase is for 2100 personal readiness devices that automatically track physical activity and sleep. These devices will be integrated with web-based applications that track nutrition and hydration to enhance soldier readiness in support of The Surgeon General's (TSG) Performance Triad demonstration project. Award will be made on 23 May 2013. The NAICS code of this procurement is 334510 Electromedical and Electrotherapeutic Apparatus Manufacturing and the size standard is 500 employees.
