- Amendment #000002 Farm Bill Clerical and Conservation Technician services are required in the states of Iowa, Missouri and Nebraska. DOL has determined on the information provided in SF98 request #0087251, regarding the number and classification of workers to be employed, no wage determination is being issued for this procurement. Therefore, in accordance with Title 29 C.F.R. Part 4, Section 4.6(d), the contractor is required to pay no less than the Federal minimum wage.
