- The Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) intends to negotiate a one-time, sole source, fixed price purchase order with Pronexus, 135 Michael Cowpland Drive, Suite 120; Ottawa, Ontario K2M 2E9 for the procurement of additional software licenses required. Based on market research and Government experts in the field, it has been determined that these licenses are only sold through Pronexus due to proprietary rights. The FBI intends to negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. Interested parties may identify their interests and capability to respond to this requirement to the attention of: Amy Lacy, email address: Amy.Lacy@ic.fbi.gov, Friday, May 31, 2013 at 2:00 pm (Eastern ). Emailed responses will only be considered. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether or not to conduct a competitive procurement. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is at the discretion of the Government.
