- Amendment #4 (5/30/13): The solicitation is hereby amended to incorporate 2 changes in Section D: (1) "Definitions" on pg 26 and (2) "Work Orders for Unscheduled Services" pg 29, as follows: ---start change #1--- Change D.1.3 Definitions (Page 26) as follows: Change the definition of "Scheduled Maintenance Services” to read as follows: "Scheduled Maintenance Services" includes all routine maintenance and repair functions identified in General Tasks, Reoccurring Work Schedules, and Reoccurring Task Schedules in Section D. Change the definition of "Unscheduled Maintenance Services” to read as follows: "Unscheduled Maintenance Services" includes minor maintenance and repair services, which are not identified in Section D as General or Reoccurring tasks. Unscheduled Maintenance Services work is described in D.1.8. ---end change #1--- ---start change #2--- Change D.1.8 Work Orders for Unscheduled Services (Page 29) as follows: For all other activity not covered as Scheduled Maintenance Services, as defined in Section D.1.3 – Definitions, the Contractor will receive work assignments via written Work Orders that have been approved by the COR for Unscheduled Maintenance Services as defined in Section D.1.3. Also the Contractor shall initiate Work Orders to the COR for approval prior to performing any maintenance activities other than work defined as Scheduled Maintenance Services. ---end change #2--- The above mentioned 2 changes will be updated into the final contract award documents. All other terms and conditions of the solicitation remain unchanged. *** AMENDMENT #3 (5/29/13): The Solicitation is hereby amended to: (1) confirm the Proposal deadline extension of June 11, 2013, (2) incorporate Questions & Answers, and (3) instruct Offerors to confirm or resubmit their proposals. (1) Proposal Deadline: Proposals are due by 2:00 p.m. local time on Tuesday, June 11 at the IBB Phillipines Transmitting Station. Proposals must be submitted in hard copy format only (i.e., in person, U.S. Mail, or Federal Express or equivalent commercial courier service). Offerors should note that proposals submitted by e-mail or facsimile will not be considered. (2) Questions & Answers: are attached to this FBO post as pdf file titled "BBG50-S-13-PTS13-RJ Amend 3 Q&As.pdf" (3) Confirmation Emails: shall be sent to Contracting Officer Rachel Johnson: rjohnson@bbg.gov. Confirmation Emails not received by Offerors by June 11 (2pm EST) will result in Contracting Officer evaluating the originally submitted proposals. *** AMENDMENT #2 (5/23/2013): The Solicitation is hereby amended to (1) extend the Proposal Deadline to June 11, 2013, as well as, (2) post answers to Questions and (3) allow time for Offerors to confirm or re-submit proposals. Please note: Answers to Questions AND detailed Instructions on Confirming Or Re-submitting proposals will be posted within one (1) week from today (5/23/2013). *** AMENDMENT #1 (3/29/2013): The Solicitation is hereby amended to (1) extend the Proposal Deadline, as well as, (2) questions deadline and (3) allow time for scheduling site visits. In addition, Sections B-E have been updated with page numbering and dates. Please refer only to the updated documents dated March 20, 2013. (1) Proposal Deadline: Proposals are due by 2:00 p.m. local time on Tuesday, May 21 at the IBB Phillipines Transmitting Station. Proposals must be submitted in hard copy format only (i.e., in person, U.S. Mail, or Federal Express or equivalent commercial courier service). Offerors should note that proposals submitted by e-mail or facsimile will not be considered. (2) Questions Deadline: The cut-off date for questions is by 2:00pm (EST) on April 17, 2013. Please email ALL questions to Contracting Officer, Rachel Johnson at rjohnson@bbg.gov by April 17, 2013, 2pm. (3) Site Visits Timeline and Point of Contact Information: For scheduling site visits, please contact the IBB Phillipines Transmitting Station during normal office hours 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM Monday to Friday except American and local holidays, up until, but not including April 17, 2013.
