- Amendment 0008 Acquisition is for various chicken items. Contract will be a 3 year Commercial Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity Contract (ID/IQC), fixed price with EPA. This contract will be used to support DLA Troop Support Subsistence OCONUS Prime Vendor (PV) contracts. The PVs will be placing orders directly with the awardee. There will be two lots of items. One lot will be unrestricted, the other will be set-aside for Small Business. Price shall be FOB Origin. Items are fully competitive. Single award is anticipated. Anticipated Solicitation Issue Date: February 14, 2013 Anticipated Solicitation Closing Date:June 14, 2013 Anticipated Award Date: August 30, 2013 Copies of the solicitation will be available during the solicitation period at www.fbo.gov.
