- This solicitation is to result in an Indefinite Quantity Contract with a base period of one year with provisions for 4 one-year option periods covering NSN 5940-00-937-5237, Post, Binding, Electrical, IAW CID A-A-59559A NOT 1 P/N AA59559-1. The estimated annual quantity is 14,244 EA. The guaranteed minimum is 3,561 EA which is applicable only to the base year. FOB Destination Inspection Acceptance Origin. Solicitation will be issued as a Total Small Business Set-Aside. Full and Open Competition after Exclusion of Sources applies. Item is used in support of the Tomcat F-14 Aircraft and other military applications. Item is not commercial. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DIBBS website https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil. The expected issue date is June 17, 2013. The final contract award decision may be based on a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. This solicitation includes provision 52.215-9023, Reverse Auction. Since a Reverse Auction may be conducted, offerors are encouraged to access the ProcureX system to self-register and review the available training tools at: dla.procurexinc.com to learn more about how to participate in an auction. Offerors who do not self-register will be loaded at the time of auction by DLA.
