- NSNs 1670-99-409-6481 and 1680-99-740-5324, Solicitation SPE4A7-13-R-0966, PR 1000008732. This proposed Multi-NSN Indefinite Quantity Contract is for a Webbing, Textile, Int and Strap, Webbing. The procurement item description cites Martin-Baker Aircraft CO LTD. (CAGE U1604) P/Ns MBEU147884 and MBEU200375. Approved source for both items is Martin Baker Aircraft Co LTD (CAGE U1604). This procurement is Unrestricted, Other Than Full and Open Competition. Soliciting for a Multi-NSN Indefinite Quantity contract for a base year and four option years. Estimated Annual Demand for all five years is 108 each for NSN 1670-99-409-6481 and 145 each for NSN 1680-99-740-5324. There is a guaranteed minimum of 27 each for NSN 1670-99-409-6481 and 36 each for NSN 1680-99-740-5324 for the base year only. This procurement is FOB Origin with Inspection and Acceptance at Origin. The required delivery is 184 days for NSN 1670-99-409-6481 and 371 days for NSN 1680-99-740-5324. Surge is not required for any of the items. These items are Life Support Equipment. The response should include adequate traceability documentation to show product is acceptable. In addition, respondents should identify quantity available and price. DLA will consider all such responses and may alter the acquisition strategy if purchase of newly-manufactured inventory is in the best interest of the government".
